Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between You in Harmony (Claritanimus LTD) and the client for the provision of coaching services. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms:
Session Booking
All sessions must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
Session dates and times will be confirmed via email or other agreed communication methods.
Payment
Payment must be made prior to or on the day of the session.
Payment methods will be agreed upon during the booking process (e.g., bank transfer, online payment).
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee or be charged in full. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded.
Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential. Personal details and session content will not be shared without your explicit consent, except in circumstances where disclosure is required by law (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).
Scope of Services
These sessions are intended for personal growth and development and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
This is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your GP, call111, contact Samaritans 116123, or attend your local Emergency Department (ED).
Liability
While every effort is made to provide high-quality services, You in Harmony(Claritanimus LTD) is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the client as a result of the sessions. The responsibility for implementing any strategies or changes discussed lies solely with the client.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time. Refunds for prepaid sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to the cancellation policy.
Technology and Online Sessions
Sessions will be conducted online via secure video conferencing. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a private, distraction-free environment for the session. In the event of technical issues, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Data Protection
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, ensuring your data is secure and used only for the purposes of our professional relationship.
